Pre-heat oven to 375 levels

Spray pan with essential olive oil spray

1/3 cup low body fat mayonnaise to 3 Or 4 pound chicken breasts cut in two (without skin)

1 tablespoon mustard 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic clove and salt. Add some chicken and evenly coat. Put corn flake crumbs inside a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces and shake your hair. Put on greased baking sheet. Spray chicken with cooking spray and bake 35 minutes or until golden.

 

Note, 186 calories, 4 grams of body fat, 11 grams carb 2 g sugar, 26 g of protein.
